These terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) apply to the Everyone’s Invited (“EI”) website located at: https://www.everyonesinvited.uk/ (“Website”). This site is the property of EI, we are a UK Charity registered in England and Wales under charity number 1196264 and have our registered office at C/O Streathers Solicitors LLP, 44 Baker Street, London, W1U 7AL.

These Terms of Use regulate the access, browse and utilization of the Website and its content by visitors of the Website and users who share their testimonies. For visitors, the mere access and/ or use of the Website implies the consent and acceptance of these Terms of Use. Users sharing their testimonies expressly accept the Terms of Use when their testimony is submitted.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Submission of testimonies: Users who share their testimonies grant to EI a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide, perpetual, copyright license to reproduce and publicly display the testimonies in the Website in accordance with these Terms of Use and the EI privacy policy.
Use of the Website content and testimonies: EI is the owner or, where applicable, licensee of the intellectual property rights of the Website, as well as all the intellectual property rights derived from the information and content therein. Visitors and users of the Website may not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider" or other automatic device, program, algorithm, or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Website or its content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Website.
